Providence Intoxication Pick-up Service

How PIPS Work:

When a customer calls, two PIPS drivers are sent to pick up the Customer; one will take the customer home in the comfort of their own vehicle and a second PIPS Driver will follow behind in their car to transport the PIP Driver back to the next pickup location. That way the Customer and the Members of our Team are Both SAFE!!

When calling PIPS the customer will need to provide the following information:

Name, Phone Number, Pickup and Drop off Location

PIPS will then give you an estimated time of arrival and dispatch a team of professional drivers to your location.

PIPS will tell you how much your service is and the initial payment is due before service is issued.

PIPS accept payment via cash, credit or debit card or ATM. Please remember, tips are not mandatory, but greatly appreciated.

If you may need to drop off friends, make an additional stop, or get something to eat, etc.; please keep in mind, additonal charges will apply.

When PIPS arrive, you will need to show proof of identity, insurance and registration. You will then sign a Liability Contract giving PIPS permission to drive you and your car, either home or to your next destination.

PIPS will then drop you off at your requested destination where the car will be parked, doors locked, and keys handed over to you. At that time, the Customer will pay for any additional charges and given a copy of the Invoice/Receipt.

Ride Prices

Base price of a ride: $40 for the Charlotte Metro Area
Extra $15 for Gastonia, Concord and Huntersville
Extra $20 for Lake Norman and Lake Wylie
Extra Stops: $10 per stop

Fee for Credit Card Transactions: $2

PIPS accept Credit Cards, Debit/ATM Cards and of course CASH!
